Read this page before applying for travel support
What is Travel Support?
We know that attending conferences can come with significant costs, and we don't want this to stand in the way of your participation. That’s why we dedicated some funds to provide travel support. You can apply for help to cover transport and, in some cases, accommodation.
Please be aware that we won’t be able to approve every request. We encourage those who need support to apply, but advise against making travel arrangements on the assumption that funding will be granted. You can always reach out to us via care@animainternational.org
Who is Travel and Accommodation
Support for?
Anyone can apply for travel support. However, our funds are limited and we prioritise funding those who:
- Genuinely could not attend without support because of prohibitive travel expenses.
- Don't have other options available.
- Have not already been funded for this event
How much should I apply for?
- Please request only the amount necessary for you to attend the CARE conference.
- If approved, keeping your request to what you genuinely need helps us distribute our funds more widely and support more advocates in attending CARE.

How do I apply?

3. Submit as early as possible – we review requests on a rolling basis and funds are limited.
